Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for AWS Cloud Managed Services, focusing on driving end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration for managed services.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to expand Teleglobal’s customer base in the cloud domain.

Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Understand clients’ cloud and business objectives to tailor managed services solutions that address their unique needs.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Collaboration & Strategy:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects and project managers, to develop comprehensive proposals and solutions.
- Provide insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine Teleglobal’s managed services offerings.
- Participate in strategy sessions and provide feedback to improve the overall cloud services portfolio and go-to-market approach.

Reporting & Forecasting:
- Accurately report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline growth, forecasts, and closed deals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and account plans in CRM tools.
- Experience: 7+ years in cloud sales/account management, with a focus on AWS or cloud managed services.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AWS cloud services, managed services models, and cloud industry trends.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar domain, with experience in the full sales lifecycle.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex cloud solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Networking: Established network within the cloud and IT industry; experience working with enterprise-level customers is a plus.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or other relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
