Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ISP Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling our products and services. This role is crucial to our continued success, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and expanded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Sales Growth & Strategy:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing and new clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation & Management:
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and report on key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Provide regular feedback to the sales team on client needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop client-specific solutions and ensure alignment with company goals.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a ISP Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
