Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and strong background in search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing strategies, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO Strategy and Implementation:
– Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
– Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
– Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
– Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website performance.
2. Content Marketing:
– Create and manage high-quality content for the website, blog, and social media channels.
– Develop content that is both engaging and optimized for SEO.
– Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to ensure a cohesive content strategy.
3. Digital Advertising:
– Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
– Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and improve ROI.
– Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and technologies.
4. Social Media Marketing:
– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Create and schedule content for various social media platforms.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics to make data-driven improvements.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
– Track and analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
– Provide regular reports on the performance of SEO and digital marketing efforts.
– Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
6. Link Building:
– Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and content partnerships.
– Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile.
7. Technical SEO:
– Identify and address technical SEO issues that may impact website performance.
– Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
– Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
– Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
– Experience with Digital advertising and social media marketing platforms.
– Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO factors.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
– Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
– Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO plugins.
