Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Manager in Pune. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Existing account portfolio for almost 20 odd accounts
  • Leadership connects @CIO, CTO, CFO etc
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Identify and secure new business; craft proposals and RFP’s
  • Cross sell and up sell in existing accounts
  • Understand IT services and communicate tech details
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals
  • Communicate clearly and deliver strong presentations
  • Utilize IT tools and stay updated on trends

Preferred Qualification:

  • Account Management and Lead Generation skills
  • Experience: 5-10 Years in Account Management
  • Sales and Sales Operations expertise
  • Business Development experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services like Cloud, CyberSecurity, Devops etc
  • Primarily a field role requiring Account Managers to frequently visit customers.
  • Bachelor’s / PG degree in Business Administration or related field
