Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, print, events, etc.).
  • Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging to maintain a consistent voice across all platforms.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to optimize campaign performance.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and growth.
  • Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs using analytics tools.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Support PR initiatives, partnerships, and event planning as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [insert industry if applicable e.g., B2B, eCommerce, SaaS, etc.]
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
