We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, print, events, etc.).
Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging to maintain a consistent voice across all platforms.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to optimize campaign performance.
Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and growth.
Track and report on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and KPIs using analytics tools.
Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Support PR initiatives, partnerships, and event planning as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker with strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
