Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Consultant – AI/ML to support our sales team in driving AI and Machine Learning-based solution sales. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between the customer’s business needs and our technical offerings, providing deep domain expertise and solutioning support throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and map them to AI/ML-based solutions.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create tailored solution presentations, demos, and proposals.Conduct detailed technical discussions and workshops with customers to define project scope and feasibility.Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies.Provide thought leadership during client engagements, and act as a trusted advisor for solution recommendations.Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and PoCs (Proof of Concepts).

Qualification

5+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in AI/ML.Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts such as supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, deep learning, and model deployment.Experience with tools and frameworks like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, AWS/GCP/Azure ML services.
