Job Description:
The Social Media Executive will support our social media strategy by creating engaging content, managing posts, and running targeted promotions. This entry-level role is perfect for a creative individual with a passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing, and who has some knowledge of paid advertising and lead generation via LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Assist in planning and creating engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, videos, and stories, that align with the brand voice and objectives.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and tools to produce content that appeals to the target audience.
- Social Media Posting & Management:
- Manage daily posting across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
- Schedule and optimize posts for maximum reach, engagement, and visibility.
- Promotion & Paid Ads:
- Support paid social media campaigns by creating and managing ads, especially on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor ad performance, analyse results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ad ROI.
- Branding & Engagement:
- Help maintain and enhance brand consistency and identity across social media channels.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and participate in online conversations to build a loyal community.
- Lead Generation with LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate new leads, supporting the sales team in reaching potential clients.
- Track and report on LinkedIn lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track social media KPIs and prepare monthly reports on performance, growth, engagement, and lead generation.
- Use analytics tools to gain insights and make recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Paid Ads: Some experience with paid social ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Generation: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.
- Creativity: Strong creative skills with an eye for design, content, and storytelling.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
