The Social Media Executive will support our social media strategy by creating engaging content, managing posts, and running targeted promotions. Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Assist in planning and creating engaging social media content, including graphics, captions, videos, and stories, that align with the brand voice and objectives.
Stay updated with current social media trends and tools to produce content that appeals to the target audience.
Social Media Posting & Management:
Manage daily posting across all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others.
Schedule and optimize posts for maximum reach, engagement, and visibility.
Promotion & Paid Ads:
Support paid social media campaigns by creating and managing ads, especially on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor ad performance, analyse results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve ad ROI.
Branding & Engagement:
Help maintain and enhance brand consistency and identity across social media channels.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and participate in online conversations to build a loyal community.
Lead Generation with LinkedIn Sales Navigator:
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and generate new leads, supporting the sales team in reaching potential clients.
Track and report on LinkedIn lead generation efforts and conversion rates.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track social media KPIs and prepare monthly reports on performance, growth, engagement, and lead generation.
Use analytics tools to gain insights and make recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.
