Job Description:

The End-to-End Solution Designer and Specialist is responsible for creating, reviewing and assuring E2E designs, ensuring they are structured appropriately for business use cases, conform to principles and standards, and support interoperation with other parts of the business platform. 

This role will take the requirements and design the solution to ensure it meets the business requirements. Hence, the role holder may require challenging the requirements, seeking clarity from the requirement owner, explaining improvements, these conversations are difficult/complex. This will enable the requirement owner to amend their request, ensuring the scope and scale is clear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creates and owns E2E technical designs for a specific Service Management technology area, delivering work autonomously. Acts as an informed consultant during requirement gathering process.
• Integrates and implements end-to-end solutions across customers and business areas involving people, process, product, networks aspects
• Ensures e2e designs are delivered to the agreed principles and assurance processes.
• Ensures feasibility, scalability, and performance by setting and maintaining standards.
• Monitors performance of architecture standards and drives improvement for adoption and compliance.
• Responsible for getting the solution to a “ready to build” state by adherence to ACE (Architecture Conformance Expediter), Security Passport and PIA processes.
• Stay involved and remain accountable for e2e design integrity throughout build, testing and deployment.

Mandatory Skills: 

• Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of OSS/BSS and have CIS, TMForum and Telecom knowledge.
  
• Experienced in the areas of OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom B2B , Enterprise , Wholesale customers
  E2E Architecture & Design for Service Assurance 
• Has experience of Service Assurance for Enterprise products – Voice & Collaboration(Unified communication, Operator Connect), IP VPN, VOIP Trunk,Media Gateway, SDWAN etc.

Desired Skills : 

•  COTS products experience -Salesforce, Vlocity, ServiceNow will be good
• Propose new design patterns to Enterprise Architects and engage platform architects to get design patterns agreed and implemented.
• Planning/Organization Skills –Leadership & Direction Setting -Experience of different Methodologies -Seek out and Respond to Feedback -Coaching
• Stakeholder Management , Requirements Analysis, Estimation  & Enquiring Mindset
• Communication/Presentation Skills – Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience in Telecom Industry
