We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our IT department. The candidate will assist in managing daily support tasks, troubleshooting technicalissues, and maintaining IT systems, applications, and hardware across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
– Handle user queries related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint).
– Support Active Directory tasks like password resets, user account creation, and group policy troubleshooting.
– Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP conflicts, printers).
– Assist with endpoint security monitoring and Bitdefender alerts/updates.
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot common business software and applications.
– Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and user onboarding/offboarding.
– Escalate complex issues to the senior system administrator or vendors.
– Assist in backup and restore tasks, patch management, and endpoint updates.
– Support end users remotely and on-site (as needed).
Qualification
Basic understanding of Windows OS (10/11, Server 2019/2022).
Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services.
Understanding of network basics (IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers).
Exposure to antivirus/endpoint protection tools (preferably Bitdefender).
Experience with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or RDP).
Basic understanding of VPN and file-sharing concepts.
