Job Description:

The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage technology projects from
inception to completion. The role requires a solid understanding of technical concepts, project
management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based projects,
  ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring
  best practices in cloud architecture and project management methodologies are followed.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear
  communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize
  project impact, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior project
  managers and team members to enhance their skills and career development.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality
  standards, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and efficiencies in project delivery,
  contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s
  degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a technical
  leadership role within the cloud industry.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
