Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Manager in Mumbai The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, generating leads, overseeing sales operations, and driving business development initiatives.

- Sales and Sales Operations expertise
- Business Development experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of IT solutions and services industry like Cloud, CyberSecurity, Devops etc
- Bachelor’s / PG degree in Business Administration or related field
Must have skills:
- Existing account portfolio
- Leadership connect @CIO, CTO, CFO etc
- Good negotiation skills
- Identify and secure new business; craft proposals and RFP’s
- Cross sell and Upsell
- Understand IT services and communicate tech details
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client goals
- Communicate clearly and deliver strong presentations
- Utilize IT tools and stay updated on trends
