Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and closing sales to achieve company targets. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Identify and connect with potential client through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals).
    • Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and preferences.

  2. Sales Process Management:
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet customer requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

  3. Market Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
    • Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.

  4. Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  5. Client Support:
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless post-sales support.
