ISP Account Manager – Sales

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ISP Account Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling our products and services. This role is crucial to our continued success, ensuring that client relationships are nurtured and expanded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Sales Growth & Strategy:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing and new clients.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management:
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
    • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
    • Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track and report on key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
    • Provide regular feedback to the sales team on client needs, concerns, and feedback.
    • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork:
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to deliver a seamless client experience.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to develop client-specific solutions and ensure alignment with company goals.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a ISP Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
